Shalom Baranes | Washington, DC Business & Headshot Photographer

Good Thursday afternoon to you :)

I hope the week has been treating you well! This week I took headshots for one of my favorite architecture firms to work with (to be shared in another post coming soon ;) and it reminded me that I never posted these images from another firm I had the privilege of working with recently!

In late 2014 and early 2015 I worked with Shalom Baranes Associates to take photos for their site redesign! Shalom Baranes is one of the top architecture firms in DC and in 2013, was the most active architectural firm in the DC metro with 67 active projects! So to say I was excited was an understatement :) I worked with Julie in Marketing to arrange photographing headshots of leadership and environmental portraits of their collaborative office environment.

I really appreciated that they wanted the photos shot in such a way that hierarchy wasn’t evident- so no one person would look more important than another. I enjoy doing corporate headshots because I’m able to put people at ease and have them see that taking photos doesn’t have to be an unpleasant experience :)

Here are a few of my favorite headshots & environmental portraits and you can check out the full leadership page here!

Hear from Julie on their DFinney Photography experience:

“Danielle was a pleasure to work with and put everyone at ease. Our session included both environmental portraits and head shots for our new website. The final product was just what we were looking for! Danielle was also very willing to accommodate us in any way, which can often be challenging when you are dealing with 20+ schedules.”

Thank you so much Julie! I really enjoyed working with everyone at Shalom Baranes and look forward to working with you guys again :)

If you’re interested in having photos taken for your business and would like to have the DFinney Experience yourself, email me and schedule your session today!
