Atlanta Group Mentoring [June 6] | Washington, DC Photography Instructor

Last, but certainly not least for today is the first group mentor session in Atlanta!

There was so much interest in Atlanta that we ended up having two group sessions and they both turned out great!

The first session on June 6 ended up being much more intimate than initially planned due to last minute changes with a couple of the other attendees, but I absolutely LOVED this smaller size! So much so that I’ve changed my format for the group sessions to be for groups of 2 to 4 photographers :)

My time with Renee & Nicole was absolutely perfect! For starters, we held the session in the beautiful condo that I rented from Airbnb (Check them out if you don’t know about them! Great alternative to hotels when you travel out of town. There’s also a $25 credit waiting for you at the link :) and the Inman Park neighborhood, where we were, was awesome! Literally everything we needed for a comfortable experience.

It rained just as we were getting ready to break to take their headshots but fortunately our building was beautiful and full of natural light for us to use for photos :)

Here are a few behind the scenes shots along with headshots for each attendee!

“Danielle was always very professional and timely with communication prior to the session.  I was really looking forward to my mentoring session, and it did not disappoint! The size of our group really allowed us to talk openly and have plenty of time for questions and one on one instruction. Shooting in natural light had somewhat intimidated me; however, I felt much more confident after our mentoring session. It was an investment of time and money well spent!”
