Last, but certainly not least- to round out this lovely Mentor Monday, is Kizzy!

Kizzy participated in the group Session 101 and scheduled a one-on-one Session 102, as well as a business photo session for the launch of her brand! So I was eagerly looking forward to working with her as she placed so much confidence in me ,to not only work with her on the back end, but also capture her brand visuals!

We ended up with a pretty gloomy day for her business session, but Kizzy's bright personality shined and we were able to take some great photos in a local cafe! We even snuck in a few photos outdoors in between rain showers :)

The day of her mentor session, however, was GORGEOUS!! And beautiful sunny (and not as cold) day :) We had a great time! 

Not only taking her photos, but talking more about her brand vision, and how she can best achieve her goals both short and long term.

Kizzy launched her brand, Divalopher, a few months following our session and it's been a joy to see everything come together! I wish her nothing but continued success as she brings her vision to life :)

ATL 101 Group Session [February 26] | Atlanta, GA Photography Instructor

Next up: The ATL Group Session 101!

We were not prepared for how cold it was. Like at all. That is what stands out in my mind just after how much fun we had together lol.

It was a BEAUTIFUL day though! And despite the frigid temps, Kimberly was an awesome model for us! Each of the attendees were able to get some great shots and put their new skills to use :)

Not only did we find good light, but we found some awesome colorful walls for our practice session!

Happy Mentor Monday!

I'm keeping up on my goal to catch up on my 2016 mentoring recaps and today I'll be sharing my Atlanta sessions from earlier this year!

When Denyelle and I arrived in Atlanta, one of my first sessions was a one-on-one business session with Traci!

Traci and I first met three years ago at the first annual Blink Conference in November 2013 where I spoke about branding! Fast-forward a few months, and she participated in my very first group mentoring session in February 2014!

The following year I began offering business mentoring, and Traci was once more apart of my first group Session 102 in Atlanta!

So when she reached out this year for a one-on-one business session so we could go more in depth with her specific business needs, I was excited to work with her once more :)

Included in the session were new headshots, and here are my faves!

We tackled quite a few things during our time together, and we were able to go a bit more in depth regarding some of her fears and how to overcome them. By the end of the day, Traci walked away with a hefty to-do list, but also a new dose of confidence to carry it all out :)
