Mini Sessions are $275 and include the following:

• Pre-consult to ensure your photo session will be just what you want! 
• Professional makeup application for 1 
• 30 min photo session for up to 4 people 
• 1 outfit 
• Custom editing of the best 10-15 images selected by the photographer 
• 1 mounted 5x7 print 
• Private digital proof gallery for ordering

All prints and digital negatives are sold a la carte.

To make sure everyone looks as fabulous as can be- makeup will be included in the session fee! That way you save a bit because it would be an additional $25 if you paid for makeup separately. You can expect the same flawless look for your photos that you see on my site because you’ll be working with my favorite makeup artists :)

To take advantage of this special mini session offer, you must be located in (or willing to travel to) Washington, DC on August 9. Your session must be booked no later than July 18, 2014 for a session to be photographed on August 9. All mini sessions will be photographed at an awesome location in the city!

Taleah reached out to photograph their September wedding, but unfortunately I wasn’t available for their date :(

They ended up booking another great photographer though, so they are in great hands with the incomparable Andrew Thomas Clifton :) I had a fun mini engagement session with them and I can’t wait to see their wedding photos!

Crystal | Washington, DC Fitness Photographer

Next up today is Crystal!

Crystal is a fitness coach and was in need of fresh promo images for her website and social media pages! I really enjoyed this session because I am trying to get into fitness myself and have been looking at different coaches and trainers while lamenting the lack of professional imagery :/ Which is really the case in a lot of industries, so it’s not unique to fitness lol. 

Great professional photography is an investment and I’m glad Crystal chose to invest in her brand’s look :)

I hope everyone had a great extended weekend :)

Lots of newness to come on the blog this week! I want to start off by sharing a few sessions from the Spring Mini Special from this past May, just ahead of the Summer Mini Special that will be announced tomorrow! Melissa is an architect and wanted her headshots to have a city/urban feel and be a bit more reflective of her personality as opposed to a standard stiff headshot… Incorporating cool architectural lines and urban scenery, I think we brought her vision to life, don’t you agree?

July Group Mentoring [DC + Chicago]

Happy Friday loves! 

We made it through our first heatwave of the year! Lol I am looking forward to summer’s official arrival tomorrow, but even more so because it’s actually going to be a much cooler day than it has been the last few days. I’ll be okay with not seeing temperatures and humidity this high for a while!

Anyway, before I bid you adieu for the weekend, I need to catch you guys up on the latest group mentoring info! I’ve been slacking with posting official updates since things have been so busy, but I wanted to make sure I did this week before it got any later!

The next two group mentor session dates are July 12 in DC and July 17 in Chicago and there are verrrry few spaces left: just one for Chicago and just two for DC so please email me ASAP if you’d like to snag one of the remaining spots.
