Happy Friday to you!

I am soo thrilled to share these images with you today!

Last fall, I briefly launched a line of headwraps and the response was amazing! (I'm still undecided on if/when the next collection will launch FYI lol), but my lovely client & friend Morgan reached out and told me she wanted to do her family's annual fall mini session with my headwraps!

Below are a few snaps from our previous fall family sessions together:

I was so excited for this session! Not only because I love working with her & her daughter Madison, and that they'd be wearing my headwraps, but Morgan also gave me complete creative control. Did I tell you I have the best clients? I do!

I decided to keep the wardrobe all black so that the headwraps would pop and their looks would mimic the location I chose, and to split the mini session in two- the first half with sweet mommy & me portraits, the second half with a Beyonce-inspired tribal makeup change.

Ya'll. They did not come to play! Well, Maddie did because she's 3, but you know what I mean lol. I couldn't have been happier with how it all turned out, so I'm super excited to share these with you!

Picking back up on my mission to share my backlogged 2016 sessions, today I am sharing a super fun business session I did with my beautiful friend and mentee Stacy!

Stacy is a wonderfully talented Orlando photographer! We first met early last year for mentoring sessions 101 and 102 in Orlando, and last October she visited DC for my styled mentee shoot and her own business photo session!

When I tell you we had so much fun, that is an understatement!

It is such a pleasure working with genuine people and Stacy is just that. Just as kind as she is beautiful, it is always a joy to spend time together :)

Good Sunday evening to you!

I hope your weekend was a pleasant one :) I am writing this at the end of a very busy weekend of shooting and gearing up for what might rival last year as my busiest fall season ever!

I didn't get a chance to blog much (or any) of the sessions in their entirety from last fall, so I'm going to begin sharing now and will hopefully catch up by the time the season ends lol.

Mini Sessions are $295 and include the following:

• Professional makeup application for 1
• 30 min photo session for up to 4 people
• 1 outfit
• 15 proofs selected by the photographer
• 1 mounted 5x7 print
• Private digital proof gallery for ordering

Additional prints and digital files are sold a la carte.

To make sure everyone looks as fabulous as can be- makeup is included in the session fee! That way you save a bit because it would be an additional $40 if you paid for makeup separately. You can expect the same flawless look for your photos that you see on my site because you’ll be working with my favorite makeup artist- Denyelle D. Beauty :)

To take advantage of this special mini session offer, you must be located in (or willing to travel to) Washington, DC. Your session must be booked no later than October 14, 2017 for a session to be photographed on November 4 or 5, 2017. All mini sessions will be photographed at an awesome location in the city!
